Getting Started

This tool helps you track sales and services with automatic VAT calculations. All data is saved automatically in your browser.

Adding Entries

• Fill in the date, client name, description, net amount, and VAT rate
• VAT and total amounts are calculated automatically
• Click "Add Entry" to save
• Hover over the ? icons for field-specific help

Features

• Filter: Use the filter bar to search by client name
• Chart: Click "Show Chart" to visualize your top clients
• Print: Generate a professional printout of your sales log
• Export: Download your data as a CSV file for Excel
• Import: Upload a CSV file to bulk-import entries
• Settings: Configure currency, default VAT rate, and business details

Importing CSV Files

• Click "Import CSV" and select your file
• Map your CSV columns to the correct fields (Date, Client, Description, Net, VAT Rate)
• Preview your data before importing
• Click "Import Data" to add all entries

Tips

• Use consistent client names for accurate chart visualization
• Enable "Manual Total Override" in Settings if you need to adjust totals manually
• Your data is stored locally in your browser and persists between sessions
• Regularly export your data as a backup
